Strategic Planning Resources
The Tribal Youth Training and Technical Assistance Center has recently completed two Strategic Planning Meetings with many of the 2007 Tribes. At this meeting we presented our comprehensive strategic planning guide, The Strat Pak. Using this document as a guide, grantees spent the next two and half days working on team building, developing their mission/vision statements, building their logic models, and mapping out their action plan.
